Prof. Leong’s professional work has been multifarious, international and interdisciplinary – spanning education and research, performance, technology, business and administration, cultural policy and the creative industry. He has contributed to over 100 publications including Using Music Technology in Music Education, Musicianship in the 21st Century, Oxford Handbook of Music Education, International Yearbook for Research in Arts Education and International Handbook of Creative Learning. He has also given invited presentations in five continents including the World Alliance for Arts Education World Summit, World Learning Conference, and World Creativity Summit.

Prof. Hui is Managing Director of Culture and Development Consultancy Limited and Non-executive Director of the Urban Renewal Authority. He holds Visiting and Adjunct Professorship in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Formerly he was Associate Dean of Arts and Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Director of the Centre for Cultural Policy Research at The University of Hong Kong, Guest Scholar at the Canadian Centre for Architecture, Montreal and Research Fellow at St Edmund’s College, Cambridge.
He is at present Museum Expert Advisor of the Hong Kong Government, member of the International Committee of Architectural Critics and editorial board of The Creative Industries Journal (UK) and The International Journal of Cultural and Creative Industries (Taiwan).
Dr. Prudence LAU Leung Kwok

Dr. Prudence Lau is founding member of the Hong Kong Chapter of DOCOMOMO (Documentation and Conservation of buildings, sites and neighbourhoods of the Modern Movement). She collaborates with professionals and local organisations with the aim of raising awareness in the arts, cultural and urban heritage of Hong Kong and Asia. She is also interested in research on twentieth century urban and cultural forms and the negotiation between local traditions and colonial agenda in Asia and Southeast Asia.
Dr. Isaac LEUNG Hok Bun

Isaac Leung is a practicing artist, curator and researcher in art and culture. Leung received an Honorary Fellowship of a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the New Media Art Department of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, the University of the Arts London. His passion in exploring issues in contemporary art began during his time in college. During 1998-2008, his artworks were exhibited in over 30 venues across the globe. His works were featured on National Public Radio (USA), and in Agence France-Presse (France), Chicago Tribune (USA), NY Arts Magazine (USA), Chicago Readers (USA) and the South China Morning Post (Hong Kong).
